Muhannad leads the firm. He is a licensed Saudi lawyer and a certified Governance, Risk and Compliance Professional with more than six years in practice.
He spent four years as a Judicial Assistant at the General Secretariat of Zakat, Tax and Customs Committees in Riyadh, where he led the study and preparation of complex zakat, tax and customs disputes. He examined the parties' pleadings alongside the accounting, contractual and customs record behind them, produced the legal analysis on which the committees deliberated, and carried more than fifty concurrent files while remaining responsible for the conduct of hearings and the integrity of the case record.
Few advocates see these disputes from the inside; he knows what a committee looks for and what a file must contain before it is filed.
Before joining the General Secretariat, he practised at a prestigious and well-connected Jeddah law firm, where he drafted and negotiated commercial agreements and led litigation.
He advises on governance and compliance frameworks, regulatory exposure, and zakat, tax and customs matters, including appeals before the committees on which he served.
